About The Artist
I have always been a tinkerer of mechanical things especially cars. I can’t sew, craft, or cook, but in 2018 I found my husbands art supplies from his college days in our garage. In that bin were crusty old brushes, oils, and acrylic paints. My husband offered them to me under the condition that I stop trying to “remuddle” our new house.I suppose he figured that would keep my idle hands busy. He was right! I never stopped painting. Each time I lay paint to canvas I get a physical and emotional sensation that I cannot describe. I am not trained, I don’t know any “rules” and I don’t care. To me it’s about having fun, playing in colors and mediums that I find interesting. Perhaps you will find them interesting too. The dream? Well of course is to have fun and sell my art to you! I would love this as a full time job, but knowing that is probably not a reality I will keep this as a side hustle. Join me and take a trip through color. What colors would you like to see in a painting? Thanks for stopping by.
Sincerely,
The Abstract Mind
